Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@telluridesurfshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
